Summary: Very clean room. Beds were ok, very firm. Front desk staff didnt seem to know much or care, but they were friendly. Housekeepers were rude. The hotels.com listed amenities that they didnt have which was highly disappointing. There was not a guide for the tv which wasnt necessary because there were only 15 channels available. The hot tub was amazing and HUGE! The sauna was a nice benefit as well. It was weird having the gym in the pool area.

Summary: Fogured since i was stauing in a high end type of town the hotel would be nicer. Outside was beautiful! The hair on the floors of our room was absurd. Cleatly wasn't vacuumed. I say this because my toddler wears AFOS on his feet with velcro straps. The hair the velcro accumulated from crawling on the floor was disgusting! There was also hair in the tub. The room across the hall had a barking dog all night. The power went out at midnight and I could hear ALL my neighbors. The breakfast left much to be desired. Definitely won't stay at this Holiday Inn again.

Summary: The room was typical. My complaint was there was only a very hard, uncomfortable chaise chair with a very straight back. Two chairs would have been much more comfortable. We never sat on chaise and sat on bed or the small desk chair. Also the only ice machine we found was on the first floor by the lobby and we were on the third floor. Very inconvenient to have to go down the elevator to the lobby just to get ice!

Summary: Extremely clean, very quiet, and super comfortable bed! Conveniently located near shops & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Beautiful area. Close to everything and very close to Olympic Park. Had an issue with my keys not working second day when we returned that evening after long day hiking etc. Had to go back down two floors to lobby. No apologies. Was just told by young man that they must have been programmed wrong. He gave me new keys and was very indifferent and somewhat rude. I did extend my stay next evening and dealt with a very helpful and accommodating lady. Don’t stay in room by elevator. Noisy. 3rd floor has no ice Have to go down to second floor. Large guest laundry room. Room was wonderful! Suite has separate bed area with seperate tv. Frig, microwave, bar sink. Lots of parking. Really loved it there. Add ice to 3rd floor and give young man customer service training and it will be perfect.
